Digestion is the most important part of all of our systems. It is believed that any problem that our body or mind faces is somehow linked to our digestive system whether directly or indirectly. Healthy digestion is the root of our health.

Gingerol is one of the main active compound found in Ginger which gives a typical flavour to it.

Fennel seeds are very useful for heartburn, and proper digestion. It is also helpful in treating Irritable Bowel Syndrome. However it is most widely known as remedy of gas symptoms in infants. According to the university of Michigan Health system, some animal studies as well as lab studies have shown that fennel seeds may also help in destroying harmful bacteria and fungi in the intestinal tract.

3.  Vinegar :

Vinegar is a handy remedy to treat indigestion. It is also beneficial in heartburn, flatulence and poor secretion of digestive juices.

4.  Aloe Vera :  It is a wonder herb that treats many problems in our body. It is a very good laxative. Besides it may also cure in ulcers. This is also good supporter of many enzyme secretions and often given to treat IBS.

Peppermint leaves are very beneficial as carminative and anti-inflammatory. It also treats gas, bloating, indigestion and nausea etc.
